Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shopping cart , and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, you will then be able to continue shopping if you wish to order other items or proceed to the checkout and complete your transaction.
If you wish to amend/cancel an item on your order please select "View/Amend Order" where you will be able to amend your order prior to sending.

Delivery Schedule

Orders received before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail Post or by Courier depending on the weight, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland) Please note de-restricted Cdi units often have to be ordered in please allow 10 days for delivery- the majority of orders however are received the following working day.

Back Orders

If in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by email and you will have the option to either cancel the order or given an approximate delivery date.

Tax Charges

No tax is charged on any of our orders.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Once you enter the credit card area you will notice a "Padlock" symbol in your browser ensuring you of the highest security.

Guarantee

Should you need to return any items to us please contact our customer service department at admin@x8r.co.uk to obtain a returns number to enclose with your receipt of purchase, we also recommend obtaining a free certificate of posting for all items returned to us (just incase Royal Mail loose them).
